Inspired by the flavors of the sea, ÀCosta brings together the best of Portuguese gastronomic tradition at the table with the signature touches of chefpreneur Olivier da Costa, the result of diverse influences from around the world.
With a unique location, always with the water as a backdrop, it is a concept with a national soul and an avant-garde spirit, designed for moments of sharing at the table.
The kitchen is an ode to the memories of the founder’s life, his origins and family experiences, combined with an eclectic bar menu, where signature cocktails tell stories of the Portuguese culture.
It is from the lightness of the waves, the flavors of the sea and Portuguese tradition that ÀCosta was born. A concept that pays homage to culture, exalts the comfort of gastronomy and the richness of ingredients, signed by the irreverence of chefpreneur Olivier da Costa.
