It was in the company of his father that Olivier da Costa took his first steps in the kitchen, but soon demonstrated enormous culinary creativity. A talent and a desire to invent concepts that led him to be invited to expand the Olivier Group across borders, where he has left his identity imprinted in successful restaurants. There are more than 30, on three continents and seven countries.
His imagination, creative genius and strong, fearless personality earned him the status of chefpreneur – perhaps the first and only one in Portugal. An experienced entrepreneur, always bold, and whose knowledge has been applied to different gastronomic concepts, totally original, both in Portugal and abroad. The group is currently present in Spain, France, Italy, the United Kingdom, Brazil and Thailand, with the ambition of adding even more destinations to this story.
