After a huge opening in Lisbon, ÀCosta, a new concept from the Olivier Group, heads to the Algarve, to an idyllic location, with the sea just a few meters away. The restaurant is located in the Hotel Domes Lake Algarve, on Praia da Falésia, and is an extension of its Lisbon sister, with some nuances and its own identity. And special.

The decor brings back memories of the white wood of beach restaurants, but inside it surprises with the lightness of the colors, pulling the various shades of the surrounding scenery, inspired by the tone clear from the sand, from the blues and greens of the sea, as well as the white foam of the waves. An idea applied to pieces with a touch of elegance, in wood, stone and upholstery, with a surprising piece of a seahorse installed in a non-obvious location.

With eyes on the sea, fish and seafood dishes arrive at the table, many with a Portuguese base, but always an irreverent touch or an unpredictable detail, in line with the concepts of chef Olivier da Costa. For a long lunch, a snack with friends or an unforgettable meal, ÀCosta Algarve has an offer tailored to any time of the day.

Good food requires, of course, good drinks and the bar menu also reflects a careful selection of wines, champagnes and sparkling wines or cocktails, some from a higher range classic, but others signature, exploring ingredients linked to the Portuguese relationship with the sea.
