It is next to Terreiro do Paço, in the modern Doca da Marinha, that ÀCosta de Lisboa is located. In front, just the waters of the Tagus River, in the back, the Alfama houses and São Jorge Castle at the top. And it is from this tradition that perhaps Olivier da Costa’s most Portuguese concept drinks.

The gastronomic footprint with a Portuguese soul combines in a harmonious and original way, with the building with modern lines and cosmopolitan decor. A room decorated with refinement and elegance, where special details stand out, such as the huge marble counter that serves as a bar on the terrace and some mythological figures carved in stone scattered throughout the room.

It is in this idyllic setting that a menu is served where fish and seafood are kings and lords, in dishes of comfort and of a more Portuguese nature, made with ingredients of quality. To surprise those who sit at the table, some specialties are evoked as an ode to the founder’s life memories, his origins and family experiences, but also his more than 30 years of cooking – and creating.

To complement an unforgettable gastronomic experience, an eclectic bar menu, where signature cocktails tell stories of Portuguese culture and the Lisbon area where ÀCosta was born. An offer of unique cold drinks, created from the combination of Portuguese ingredients with maritime references linked to the country’s history.

Olivier da Costa’s 25 years of wisdom and experience are reflected in seven gastronomic concepts that are on national and international soil, totaling seven countries and three continents.

Head Bartender
Heitor Marin

Heitor Marin is one of the main Bartenders currently in the world market, with 15 years in the Market, he has worked in the main bars and restaurants in the city of São Paulo, such as Tete a Tetê, Riviera bar Seen São Paulo.

Undefeated in national cocktail competitions, Marin won everyone he participated in, such as Jameson Bartenders balls 2014 and Mediterrânean Inspirations 2015.

He also represented Brazil in 3 world finals in cocktail tournaments in Ireland, Ibiza and Sweden. Elected Icon Bartender by Campari in 2023.

He was also Ambassador of Patrón tequila in Brazil, being awarded by global as outstanding brand ambassador. After 7 years at the helm of Seen São Paulo, a bar that sold more than 9,000 cocktails per month, it is now at the helm of Restaurante ÀCosta by Olivier with an authorial menu of 7 drinks inspired by the secrets of the 7 seas

SEASIDE

The stunning view is the idyllic complement to the concept that has fish and seafood as its ex-libris. With the Tagus River as a backdrop and São Jorge Castle on the horizon, the unique experience at ÀCosta combines a menu rich in Portuguese flavors and a privileged location in the capital.
