Close to the lightness of the waves and with the breeze from the riverbank on your skin, a concept emerges that pays homage to the Portuguese table and the freshness of the ingredients that come from the sea.
ÀCosta is the Olivier Group’s most Portuguese concept, whose DNA is based on returning to Portuguese roots, paying homage to food that warms, but also provokes. Olivier da Costa’s restlessness led him to create this concept, without leaving aside the desire to praise the 700 years of Portuguese gastronomic culture, which is also increasingly rich.
We found ÀCosta on the riverfront, with an endless view, in a space designed to comply with the comfort of experiencing the quality of a menu rich in fish, fruits from the sea, but also in meats, their garnishes, accompaniments, and, of course, in traditional sweets that always have a place on the list – and in us.
And if Lisbon is made of the sea, its flavors are also reflected here.
Next to Terreiro do Paço, we find the country’s tradition combined with the courage to create new flavors. Because it is not a typical restaurant on the docks, but rather a concept that comes to enrich the riverside offering.
Eat, drink, live. ÀCosta
